The Orchard Managed Stores Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Product (other than a Product in digital format or an Exclusion), you may return it to us for any reason, for refund or exchange, within 14 days after you receive it; or, for defective Products, within 30 days after you receive it. Date of receipt is determined by the tracking systems of the applicable carrier. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping any return to us. For you to be eligible for a refund or exchange, we must receive a printed copy of the return authorization code or number we provide, along with your Product in its original condition, original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), and any and all additional materials accompanying the Product upon delivery to you. We recommend you ship Product returns using a trackable and insured ship method. Please contact us prior to returning a defective Product and we will provide a pre-paid return label. A Product is defective if upon delivery to you, it contains a manufacturing or material defect or damage. If upon receipt of your return, we determine at our sole discretion that the Product you return is not defective, you authorize us to charge your original payment source the applicable return shipping charge. All determinations regarding Product returns are at our sole discretion.

Once we receive and validate your return, we will refund you the purchase price you paid for the Product to the credit card or other payment mechanism used for payment, at our discretion. Except when you return a defective Product, you are responsible for the cost of return postage, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the original payment source is unavailable we will issue you an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed.

“Exclusions” are, without limitation, the following Products: wearable items that are washed or worn, undergarments, unsealed or opened media, any downloads or items in digital format, e-tickets, physical tickets, personalized items, any perishable goods, make-on-demand or clearly personalized items, and any other Product we designate in a Shop as non-returnable. If you receive an unacceptably poor download, you should reattempt the download, and if the issue cannot be resolved, you must inform us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of purchase (or the date the download was made available, whichever is later).

You may cancel your order, in whole or in part, upon request at any time before a Product enters our shipping process. Contact us to find out if your order may be cancelled. After a Product enters the shipping process, it is subject to the terms of the Returns section of our Returns & Cancellation Policy. We may cancel your order, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason. If we cancel an order or part of an order, we will attempt to notify you by email promptly and initiate a full refund of the order (or canceled portion of the order) by credit to the credit card or other payment mechanism used for payment.
